EVALUATION FEE
We charge a per drive, non-refundable evaluation fee. This evaluation fee is credited towards a successful recovery. You are under no obligation to the full recovery - you pay the full recovery price only if you elect to proceed with the recovery once you receive the file listing.

SERVICE LEVEL
We offer EMERGENCY and STANDARD level of service. ==> EMERGENCY Service Level Pricing is 50% more than Standard Service Level. For Emergency level jobs, we will allocate immediate resources to your case, and we provide a 72-hour Price Guarantee, which means that Emergency Level Pricing only applies if we can produce a File Listing within 72 hours of receipt of your drive. Otherwise, Standard Service Level Pricing applies.
